In September 2023, we launched the project JUNIOR DESIGNER OF LOVELY CRYSTAL in cooperation with the Secondary School of Glassmaking and Applied Arts, Železný Brod.
The long-term goal of this initiative is to connect students with real production environments, introduce them to everyday operations in the glassmaking industry, share professional experience, and inspire them toward self-development. At the same time, we aim to support the next generation of glassmakers and help preserve and grow this beautiful tradition.
The first year’s theme – “Scent Containers with a Story” – inspired dozens of students to create a wide variety of innovative designs.
A professional jury has already completed the evaluation of all graphic designs and visual concepts. It was no easy task to select from so many beautiful ideas and original works of young creators.
Now we are excited to see the next phase: the production of glass prototypes based on the selected final designs, created by the students themselves.

The winning designs are now being turned into real glass objects – crafted by the skilled hands of students at the Železný Brod glass school. We look forward to seeing these unique pieces come to life!
