As part of the 20th anniversary of the Czech Republic’s entry into the European Union, Czech-Spanish cultural events are taking place not only in Madrid but also in other regions of Spain.
One of the highlights is the exhibition “Simply the Best – Contemporary Glass Design”, organized by the Museum of Glass and Jewellery in Jablonec nad Nisou, held in the Spanish town of La Granja.
Over 100 pieces of contemporary Czech and Spanish glass are being showcased in the unique setting of the Real Fábrica de Cristales, from May 23 to September 29, 2024. This historical glassworks is also one of the main partners of the event.
Before the official opening, we took part in a roundtable discussion with selected companies from both countries. The event sparked lively interest among professionals, particularly thanks to the honest dialogue on key industry topics. These conversations are essential in creating new business relationships and lasting connections.
We are truly honored to be part of this beautiful exhibition, which highlights outstanding design, precise craftsmanship, and helps build international cooperation within the glassmaking industry.
