Connecting students with real-life business experience during their studies can be a key moment in helping them to decide how to use their skills after graduation. A few years ago, we started collaborating with two talented graduates from the Secondary School of Glassmaking and Applied Arts, Železný Brod, and together we've developed several successful projects.
Building on that experience, we launched a new competition at the start of the 2023/2024 school year – "Junior Designer of Lovely Crystal."
The theme for the first edition was: “Fragrance Cases with a Story.”
The aim is to inspire and support young talent, give them a chance to explore the glassmaking industry, and encourage them to continue this unique craft in our region.
We’re looking forward to working with these young creatives and helping them shape the future of Czech glass art.
