The Advent season invites us to visit places and events that help create a warm and festive holiday atmosphere. One such special place is the Lapidarium of the Bethlehem Chapel in Prague, where the traditional Christmas Exhibition has been held for several decades, organized by Mr. Blahoslav Lukavec.
Although the exhibition is mainly focused on glass, it also presents traditional Christmas objects made from various other materials – paper, dough, metal, textile, leather, wool, wood, and other natural elements – to offer a colorful and diverse display. As always, nativity scenes are the centerpiece of the exhibition.
We are honored that our crystal nativity sculpture, created in our glass studio, is also part of this magical setting. Visitors can also see unique pieces and a video presentation showing the process of how the sculpture was made – a glimpse into the craftsmanship behind the tradition.
