The event Bohemian Crystal Harmony, which we began to imagine in November 2023 in New York, then carefully developed and prepared step by step, was finally brought to life.

BOHEMIAN CRYSTAL HARMONY
Presents a unique fusion of Czech crystal, top-level craftsmanship, design, music, film, and sports, together with renowned Czech companies and personalities.
It continues the tradition of long-standing friendship and cooperation between the United States and the Czech Republic.
It creates opportunities for new connections and close cooperation between Czech and American companies across various industries.

The beautiful, multifunctional Bohemian National Hall with its elegant interiors, along with the support of the Consulate General of the Czech Republic in New York, offered us a great setting and possibilities.

The project, created by a team of several entities – Halama Glass, Pačinek Glass, Tarespa, České Dukáty, Boii Design, and Thomas Shalom Neumann – came together in a beautiful presentation of Czech design and glassmaking craft, accompanied by live music performed by Miloš Vacík, Robert Jíša, and Lenka Morávková with her Bohemian Cristal Instruments.

We connected Czech and American cultures and presented our work to both professionals and the general public, who gathered in New York at the time of the annual Boutique Design New York event – with whose organizers we also cooperated.

In addition to our traditional exhibits, several brand-new crystal pieces had their premiere in Manhattan. Our display also featured a live demonstration of master engraver Jan Schindler’s crystal engraving skills at a mobile workshop we brought all the way to New York.

The three-day event culminated in a gala evening for invited guests, featuring performances by leading Czech musicians and a charity auction.

Our deep thanks go to Arnošt Kareš and the entire team at the Consulate General of the Czech Republic in New York for their support and co-organization of the project. We also extend our sincere gratitude to the many partners and donors, without whom this event would not have been possible.
