„Two Faces”

Detailed elaboration of a face in almost six-pound bowl creates a feeling of a mysterious melancholy.

Design of the bowl is from 1942.

The bowl of a rectangular base is 4.92 in tall. The central motive features a face surrounded by a pronounced grinding. Relief of the bowl is identical on both sides. Side faces feature beautiful „column decorations”.  Bottom and upper part are hand ground and polished and this is what lets the perfect proportions stand out.
